The U.S.S. Johnston, a WWII Naval Destroyer, has been found and mapped on the ocean floor for the first time since it sank in 1944. Its Native American Commander, Ernest Evans, along with 186 crew members went down with the ship after taking on a superior Japanese fleet in order to buy American transport ships time to make their getaway.
